Meet the Team

Caleb Marshall, Executive Director

"I love seeing the personal interactions between appreciative homeowners and caring volunteer partners."

Caleb joined RTS in 2013 after seven years at KaBOOM!, a national nonprofit with a mission to create great play spaces and increase children’s access to play.  Along with three years of service in the Peace Corps, Caleb brings experience in volunteer and project management, community engagement, and program development.  Caleb believes strongly in the capacity of volunteers to strengthen our communities, and bringing them together to address our basic human need for housing security in order to grow and sustain Seattle in an equitable way.

In his free time, Caleb enjoys the many outdoor activities our area offers, as well as more sedentary pursuits such as watching football and playing board games.

Hannah Colston, Development Manager

Hannah moved to the Seattle area from Orlando, Florida in early 2018, where she worked at the corporate foundation of a fast-casual restaurant chain on the East Coast. She has a background in fundraising, event planning, and volunteer management, and she is currently pursuing her masters in Public Administration. Hannah is passionate about empowering others to get involved in community work, and she appreciates the opportunity to be a part of the RTS team and promote safe and healthy housing for everyone in Seattle.

In her free time, Hannah enjoys taking her puppy Cash to the local dog parks, as well as reading and watching reruns of Parks & Rec.

Scott Sharba, Program Manager

Scott began his RTS journey as a second-term AmeriCorps member following a year of service with the educational non-profit, City Year. He holds a BA in Urban and Regional Studies from the University of Michigan and is passionate about the connection between affordable housing and healthy, equitable communities. Scott hopes to utilize his time as Program Manager to facilitate positive and lasting relationships between Rebuilding Together Seattle and our neighbors in need.

In his free time, Scott enjoys playing soccer, going to the movies, and cycling along the many beautiful trails Seattle has to offer.

Linda Hunt, Operations and Development Coordinator

Linda recently returned to Seattle in 2017, following an enterprising career in planning and operating businesses and programs serving seniors in Spokane and Sacramento.  Most recently, she launched a home repair and community development business for aging in place and managed relocation operations for a low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) rehabilitation project.

Linda is delighted to contribute to the work of this great organization and help fulfill the mission of safe and healthy homes for low-income homeowners in Greater Seattle.

In her free time, Linda enjoys foreign films, staying healthy with friends, a good read, and creating the future.

Cash (Money) Colston, Chief Greeting PAWfficer

Cash the Whoodle started with RTS a little over a year ago when he was just 4 months old, after moving to Seattle from Orlando, FL with his mom and dad. His pawfessional background is in stick collection, ball retrieval, and zoomies. Cash is passionate about giving snuggles and barking at the mailman when he stops by the RTS office. His favorite snacks include apples, carrots, and remote controls. He enjoys being a key part of the RTS team and greeting everyone who walks through the door.

In his spare time, Cash loves chasing his friends at the dog park, barking at dogs on TV, and afternoon snoozles.
