Meet the Team

Caleb Marshall, Executive Director

Caleb joined RTS in 2013 after seven years at KaBOOM!, a national nonprofit with a mission to create great play spaces and increase children’s access to play.  Along with three years of service in the Peace Corps, Caleb brings experience in volunteer and project management, community engagement, and program development.  Caleb believes strongly in the capacity of volunteers to strengthen our communities, and bringing them together to address our basic human need for housing security in order to grow and sustain Seattle in an equitable way.

In his free time, Caleb enjoys the many outdoor activities our area offers, as well as more sedentary pursuits such as watching football and playing board games.

Ramiro Vargas, Events and Communications Manager

Ramiro joined the Rebuilding Together team in the Summer of 2023, relocating to Seattle from the Boise, Idaho area. He graduated from the University of Idaho in 2020 with his BA in Broadcasting and Digital Media, and brings experience in community engagement, social media and marketing communications, and other non-profit work. Engaging with people in meaningful ways has always been important to Ramiro, and he is excited to serve his community as a part of RTS.

In his free time, Ramiro enjoys going to concerts, listening to vinyl records, and collecting all kinds of vintage pop culture memorabilia.

Brad Malone, Program Manager

Brad joined RTS in the Spring of 2024 after thirteen years in local and regional leadership with the Lutheran Church. He brings experience in community engagement and development, organizational leadership, volunteer and program management, and advocacy on behalf of all neighbors. Brad strongly believes in the dignity and care for all persons as an essential part of community development and equitable growth.

In his free time, Brad enjoys hiking and the outdoors, reading, writing, hosting friends and neighbors, and his family.
